Hydraulic system
It is a complete electrolyte servo synchro CNC controlled press brake.
It adopts the most world advanced electrolyte servo system which is produced by Bosch company from Germany. The hydraulic force is very reasonable designed and also easy for installation. It minimizes the quantities of oil passages and connecting in which way the reliability and safety can be guaranteed.

Mechanical system
(1)It adopts the electrolyte synchro control system whose accuracy is very high. There are two light rulers installed at the two ends of the slide, this can make the slide movement be parallel to the working table.
(2)It adopts the working table compensation structure in which way the accuracy can be improved.
(3)The positioning accuracy of the CNC servo motor of the back gauge is very high.

CNC SYSTEM
(1) The DA65W computer is originally imported from Holand Delem Co. Which is specially used for press brakes.
(2) The DA65W CNC control system is very advanced technology. The electrolyte servo press brake can be controlled automatically. This technology is a combination of both the operation system and press brake procedures. The system can work steadily and reliability.
(3) The CNC system can calculate the working time and quantities of press brake actions automatically. In this way it saves the labor and time to calculate the material consumption. This can improve the efficiency.
(4) When in single step operation, the user just needs to input the relevant data into the system, the system then can check out the pressure needed for press brake and get every thing in order.

(5) If user wants to make several steps press brake actions on the parts, then the user just needs to input the intended dimensions into the system. The system can make continuous press brake actions as per your needs.
(6) This CNC system can store 25 press brake procedures, and you can make multiple steps per procedure. When you process different parts, you just need to find out the programmed procedures inside the computer and then the computer can work well on every steps as per the programming.
(7) The CNC system can give alarm signals on incorrect operations and this can avoid the mistakes in operation.
(8) The CNC system can control below datum automatically: Pressure discharge time, pressure keeping time, press brake pressure, press brake angle, the opening height of slide and etc.
